Actress Lydia Fedoseeva-Shukshina filed for divorce from producer Bari Alibasov – the artist’s lawsuit for divorce was registered by the Moscow Magistrates’ Court. This is reported by the agency “Moscow” with reference to the available copy of the document.
The claim was registered on November 18 and is now in the court registry. The document says about the dissolution of marriage between “childless or having adult children” spouses.
The relationship between Lydia Fedoseeva-Shukshina and Bari Alibasov deteriorated sharply due to their long scandal over an apartment in New Moscow, which originally belonged to the actress. However, it turned out that the living space was rewritten by Alibasov to his assistant Sergei Motsar. Shukshina claimed that she was deprived of property by fraud.
Shukshina, through the Troitsky District Court, demanded that her husband return the apartment to her and eventually achieved her goal – the court passed a verdict in her favor. However, Alibasov refused to agree with the ruling and appealed, so the fate of the property has not yet been finally decided.
In mid-August, Alibasov filed for divorce from Fedoseeva-Shukshina, which came as a surprise to her. Surrounded by the actress, they said that she was very worried about this. However, at the end of September, the producer suddenly changed his mind and dropped the divorce suit, explaining that he and his wife had made up. The defense of Fedoseeva-Shukshina did not object to him then.
On the eve, the apartment dispute between the spouses reached a new level – at the request of Shukshina, the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed the department to study the case.
